Electrical filtering now reduces noise, thermal control has been enhanced with a new OSD setting, and several functional improvements make operation more secure and flexible. At the same time, the new generation retains familiar elements such as panel mounting, connectivity and screen formats to ensure full compatibility with existing integrations. The lineup also expands with a new 27-inch model, adding a large-format option to the range.
Refined Design and Construction
The new series features a molded steel casing that increases structural strength while reducing bezel size for a more space-efficient design. Additional clamp mounting points at the corners distribute stress more evenly, and a thicker mounting strip further reinforces the frame. A step added at the frame edge prevents sealing glue from leaking during installation, ensuring a cleaner fit in enclosures. Infrared and ambient light sensors, which previously required a larger cut-out, are now integrated behind the glass and are barely visible. These improvements make the displays more resilient and give the series a sharper, more modern appearance.
Electrical and Thermal Improvements
The electrical design has been optimized with the addition of a DC-DC filter and ferrite beads, which stabilize the power supply and reduce electrical noise. A polarity protection circuit now safeguards the DC input against reversed connections, while the DC plug has been updated with a ground connection to minimize spark risk and a wider nut for a more secure fit.
Thermal control has also been refined with a new OSD setting that automatically reduces brightness during inactivity. This lowers heat generation and improves energy efficiency without impacting day-to-day performance.
Functional Updates
Based on customer feedback, several functional updates have been added to the on-screen display. An infrared remote control lock now requires a password before changes can be made, ensuring displays remain secure in public or unattended environments. For integrators who prefer a cleaner interface, the source information display can now be enabled or disabled with a simple toggle.
Expanding the Range
The series now includes a 27-inch model, expanding the lineup to eight sizes from 10 to 27 inches. A consistent design across all formats ensures a uniform look and feel, making it easier to combine different sizes within the same project.
Rollout and Availability
The rollout of the new high-brightness generation will take place during the third and fourth quarters of 2025 and continue gradually as each model is phased in. Existing models will be replaced one by one, ensuring a smooth transition across the lineup.
Connectivity and functionality remain consistent with earlier versions, so the new generation can serve as a direct replacement in most applications. For projects with fixed dimensions where no tolerance is possible, the current versions can still be produced on request (MOQ applies). This guarantees continuity for ongoing integrations while establishing the updated lineup as the long-term foundation for our high-brightness series.
